Has anyone in the EU region been able to create a PVA chatbot with AI capabilities yet?

Power Platform Release Wave 2 was rolled out to the EU region over the weekend and all my environments were updated.
I have agreed to the terms to allow Sharing of Data with other regions for Copilot/AI.
However, when I try to create a new ChatBot, the AI options are still greyed out.

According to Microsoft's reports, these features would be rolled out in release wave two, and by 31st of October will be enabled by default.

Is it just a case of waiting until they are pushed out, or am I missing an additional licence/setting?

Hi @Gerry_Canning

For Power Virtual Agents, it's indeed not available yet outside of the US region.
Generative AI features such as Generative Answers, Generative Actions, Copilot, will start being available in the Europe region soon, but it won't be available on October 31 as could be interpreted from the message center announcement you shared. I assume this message is about other Dynamics 365 or Power Platform products.

Thanks Henry,

At least I know it's not something I was doing wrong now.
I know you can't provide a date, but it would be great if Microsoft could give people a clearer indication.
There is a lot of interest in it from clients and as partners we are keen to strike while the Iron is hot.

Also interested to know if there's a more specific timeframe for this? Release planner says these features were released to GA on October 2nd but all options for generative AI are still not available in our environments.
