Dear Everyone,

A colleage used powerapps to create a custom list. When he opens it from his mobile, edit in the list is not allowed. Could you tell me how to solve the issue?

Thank you

    Hi,

How did you create the list? Is it not bringing you to the edit form or are there errors when trying to edit?

    Thanks

    Cherie

Hello everybody, I have more details regarding the issue. The user has customized a form for a sharepoint list with powerapps. It is a list with a couple of fields. But thanks to this customization which he has made with powerapps, when the end-user clicks on "New item" from the browser, he can already see categories and sub-categories, the look and feel is different from the default view (if he had clicked on new item from the default view, the end-user would have seen all the fields, the ones under the others. for instance: Infrastructure >Device).

    So this is perfect.

But he would also like to use this list from a mobile or a tablet. So he downloaded the Sharepoint online app, but when he opens the list, he doesn't see anymore the powerapps customization. There is only the default view.

I don't know which mobile app does it have to use to be able to see his list with his customization? or does he has to enable an option in powerapps to make it work on the mobile?

    Thank you for your feedback

Currently the PowerApps custom forms for SharePoint isn't supported in the SharePoint mobile app. It is in their backlog but to help get this enhancement moved forward you can vote on it in Ideas.

Actually, I succeeded to see the PowerApps custom form  in the SP mobile app.

I want a user to only access the customized form in the sharepoint list and not be able to access the default sharepoint list through the sharepoint mobile app. is it possible?
