Over capacity error on Power Platform Admin Center

I am seeing the over capacity error on Power Platform Admin Center. Error description: "Your organization (tenant) is over capacity for Database, Log, and File storage. This will impact certain environment operations.". I am sure the data size is below the size what we are seeing in attached screenshot. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

    Hi @shubhambhangale 

     

    When the administration center gives us this warning, we are clearly overflowing with storage.

     

    Dataverse has three types of storage: File and database, Log, Database only this storage is distributed in each environment you have, depending on the number of environments more or less each one in DB you spend 1.14 GB just to create a database environment Dataverse, as the data grows, the database increases.

     

    You should look at what is happening to you from the point of view of an audit that allows you to assess where your database is increasing and how you can mitigate this increase. You could evaluate which processes or tables are increasing your volumetrics and if it is necessary to always have the data or you can do without it.

     

    What I recommend is to analyze entity by entity and you can determine where the growth of your DB is.

    HI @shubhambhangale ,

    What licenses do you have in your environment?  If you purchase a Single Power Apps Per App license this will allocate 5GB to your overall tenant database capacity along with 50MB per each of these licenses you purchase.  This is a $5 per user / per month license that can be only allocated to a single environment at a time (but the 5GB space allocation is global to your environment).

     

    If you purchase a Power Apps Premium license this will allocate 10GB of overall environment database capacity with 250MB for each license purchased.
