Power Pages Licensing Error

Hello,

 

I posted this over in the Power Pages community but was wondering if anyone here may have any insight as well.

 

I am trying to activate a Power Page that was in the trial environment and now moving to production. We have purchased the licensing but are getting an error when trying to go live. I have attached a screenshot.

 

Has anyone experienced this before or know how to rectify?
