Assign Basic user role to everyone in environment

i created the environment by selecting security group to None so that open access will be there to all. I can see all users present in the environment but when i am checking the security role , then no role is assigned to them.

Do we need to manually assign role to whole organization's users to "Basic user"? If yes, then how.

Follow these steps to assign a security role.
Sign in to the Power Platform Admin center as a System Administrator.
Select Environments, and then select an environment from the list.
Select Settings.
Select Users + permissions, and then select Users.
On the Users page select a user, and then select Manage security roles.

6. Select or deselect security roles. If the user has roles already assigned. When finished, select Save. After saving, all selected roles become the current assigned roles for the user. Unselected roles aren't assigned.

@anandm08 This approach is fine for assigning role to few users. but if i want to share the environment with whole organization then how we can follow this approach for 1000+ users?

Hi uiit3155,

By default all users of the environment are initially members of the Default Environment Team.

You can assign the "Basic User" role to the default team of the environment. This way every user assigned to that team will inherit the role.

To do that just go into Admin center > Environments > {Select Your Environment} > Settings > Users + Permissions > Teams and change the assigned role of the Default team via "Manage Security Roles".
