I used Azure AI Search as the knowledge resource and purposely disabled the web search, so the Azure AI Search will be the only source that chatbot will extract information from and use it to answer questions. But chatbot was unable to answer any of the questions by replying "I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?", which means that it may not extract anything from the PDF file in the Azure AI Search? I'm wondering is there anyone have this problem before and could help me to identify the issue?
For the Azure AI Search, I tested the Search Explorer in the index I connected with the chatbot, and it does return the key phrases and content I typed, so I assume my Azure ai search is correctly set?
