I can't find any information about release date and cost.
Can you please help?
When will Power Virtual Agent be released officially?
And what kind of subscription model is it?

Virtual Agent for Customer Service will be available in Public Preview in April 2019 and will be generally available in the second half of 2019.

Well, I asked when Power Virtual Agents will be released for production use.
Public preview is not a finished product right? And the link you pasted is from feb, now where in December. Are we talking about different things?
