Since yesterday, I've got the following errors in my chatbot I created.

I did not change anything, but it seems PVA preview version was updated and something was changed.

How can I solve?

Sorry, something unexpected happened.

We’re looking into it. Error code: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel.

I had this issue when publishing to Custom Site. Solved by simply republishing.

Well, How to make it work without setting it to No Authentication? I want to send Activity/ Event to copilot through Direct Line API but getting the same error. What configurations need to be done to make this happen and also copilot to use the Team authentication.

Did anyone find a solution for this? I have my bot security set to "no authentication" and I am getting this error when trying to use the bot via the custom website (SharePoint).

    Re: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel

    Hello everyone,

The subject of this message is that I am having the same problem as my colleagues.

According to the solution I read, the security authentication needs to be configured to "No Authentication" or "Manual". In my case, I opted to set it to "No Authentication".

Having done this, the options for "Demo Website" and "Custom Website" become available within the channel configuration.

However, if I copy the URL provided by the Demo Website, it takes me to a page where the chatbot gives me the following message:

"We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. We are investigating it. Error code: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel. Conversation Id: LtuFWDdbZFWFfI6aBMSK52-eu. Time (UTC): 5/14/2024 3:52:49 PM."

I find this strange because there is no solution regarding this issue in the forum thread.

What is happening? This error does not appear in the following table: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/error-codes?tabs=webApp

    Re: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel

From my experience when you open a new tab (as opposed to reloading the demo website) the changes take effect immediately.

@adilei the solution worked for me, but it took a while to be resolved even though I published it at least 3 times, not sure if the changes usually do not take effect immediately.

    Re: IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel

For everyone on this thread - IntegratedAuthenticationNotSupportedInChannel is returned on the "Demo Website" when authentication is set to: "Only for Teams and Power Apps".

For the demo website to work, authentication has to be set to "No authentication" or "Manual". After changing the security settings, the copilot has to be published.

Does this resolve everyone's issues, or is there another use case which is not covered by the above?
