Cannot Get a list of issue using Jira Connector

Hi,
 
I am trying to extract list of issues from Jira site using connector build in Copilot.
However, I can't do that. Error happens and nothing fetch back. Do you have any simple guidance on how to do that sucessfully?
Where can we narrow down the scope of issues?
