Accessing Power Apps-canvas App once the VPN Connected successfully

Hi Team,
 
Is it possible to make the specific App opened only when the VPN is connected , if not connected to the VPN then should not allow to open the canvas app.
can this scenerio be implemented in powerapps directly?And also share the documents link for referring the VPN connectivity for powerapps.

    No there is not documentation on VPN, you could have searched this yourself.
