Filtering a Gallery Subform based on Main form selection.

This has probably been asked and answered many times, but I can't seem to find an answer that works (or that I understand!).

Database: Microsoft Dataverse

Platform:  PowerApps in Teams

I'm building an organization directory.  An organization has some 'header' data, and then links to a table of organization directors in a 1-M relationship.  The table map is below.

As of now, I have a one screen Canvas app that will, eventually, show all data on the organization in one screen.  Org picker on the left (BrowserGallery1), org header information top right (HeaderInfoEditForm) - both pulling data from the Clubs table, and I have a vertical gallery that shows the Director's names (Gallery3), and a form showing details on the selected director (FormViewer1), both pulling from the Executives table. These tables are linked via the Club Name.

The issue right now is that Gallery3 shows ALL people in the table, unfiltered.  For the life of me, I cannot seem to find the right statement to filter this gallery to show only those people associated with the selected club.

What seems like it should work is :

Filter(Executives, 'Club Name' = BrowseGallery1.Selected.Title1.Text)

but it shows no data - just "No Items to Display" and a delegation warning.

Is this an issue with the linked column in Executives storing a GUID instead of text?  Is it the delegation error?  The Executive table should never have more than 500 to 600 records in it.

I can't seem to find any combination of magic words to make the filter work.

Thanks, and sorry about the basic question that could have probably been solved with a little Bing-fu (this is a Microsoft board after all! :))
