Scenario:
I have built a Leave Request system for my office. Below is the setup:
SharePoint Lists:
- Leave Request
- Leave Balance
Everything is working fine, and the approval process is managed via Power Automate.
Requirement:
I need to manage users' leave balances. When a leave request is approved, the corresponding leave balance should be deducted. We have three types of leave:
- Annual Leave: 14 days
- Medical Leave: 7 days
- Casual Leave: 7 days
Can anyone guide me on how to implement this functionality?
