We've seen this BUG again and again. When using a Boolean response from a question, after some time... something gets messed up in the Canvas UI and it starts giving a validation error, " User response is empty. Update or delete it."
This persists until you delete the question and re-create it - which is a bit troublesome, because deleting a question in the middle of your flow always seems to take some time to repair. We don't understand why this happens and we were feeling like we were spending all of our time doing this over and over again.
Our workaround now is to use "Yes/No" multiple option responses instead.
Has anybody else seen this? Can someone fix it?
Hi. I had the same problem. I changed the type in Identify and then changed it back. Then error has disappeared.

We are trying to reproduce this same error but could not get it easily.
Are there any other info you can provide us to help troubleshoot? Perhaps more details on how to get to this state, or some screenshots if they are helpful?
I do have the same issue but with questions with "Users's entire response"
The problem is, even if I delete the question and create it again.. it shows the same error message: "User response is empty. Update or delete it"
I have also closed the project, restarted the computer ... nothing works.
I even split the topic.. But without success. As I can not publish my PVA, this is quite a major defect.
Would be great if someone could help me.

Maybe it's an internal issue, they can investigate better your scenario.
