Bulk create topics from sharepoint or Excel

My IT organization doesn't allow Generative AI feature turn on. 

I have a question and answer list in Excel file. Is there a way to bulk generate Topics? Each topic will follow the same condition flow - if question not an

    Hi @Joe_zhou,

     

    Not today in the new unified version of PVA. 

    The classic version of PVA supports this: Get topic suggestions from online content (contains video) - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn
