One of our team copilots that was being used by a significant number of CSAM users has been deleted recently. We don't know who deleted it and why. There was no information or notice provided for this.
The Copilot name was CSAM Copilot (Beta) and it was created in the environment Copilots - Microsoft Copilot Studio which has other Copilots that are still working.
The Copilot was published to Microsoft Team and was working till yesterday. It has stopped responding now (picture attached).
Can you help us understand why this Copilot was deleted and can it be restored? As our team is building several Copilots for business users within Microsoft, we would like to understand the reason for these issues and what can be done to avoid this being repeated.
Please treat the issue as urgent as a large number of CSAM users are impacted by the issue. These users use the Copilot in their customer engagements which is being impacted because of the outage.
