I need to auto-populate a people picker field with the values from two other people picker fields. People picker field A is a single select. People picker B is a multi-select. I'd like to values from fields A and B to auto-populate into people picker field C, which is a multi-select field. People picker field A is set to the user completing the form. The DefaultSelectedItems is this, and it works perfectly. If(FormMode.New, Coalesce(Parent.Default,{Claims: "i:0#.f|membership|" & User().Email, Department: "", DisplayName: User().FullName, Email: User().Email, JobTitle: "", Picture: ""})) I use that same formula as the DefaultSelectedItems for field C. That gets me only part of the way there. I've seen posts about setting the default for one person, and posts about joining non-people picker fields, but I'm struggling to find a formula that will join the values of field A and field B. Does anyone know how to do this with people picker fields?
