Any ideas why my combo boxes in PowerApps for Teams keep going blank?

I built a simple app in PowerApps for Teams and for some reason my combo boxes end up blank? If I select withing that combo box it gets the correct value for the text is not showing. I can often restore it by using Reorder >

Bring to front but that doesn't seem to fix the issue. It ends up returning.

Any ideas why my combo boxes in PowerApps for Teams keep going blank?

Sorry about that. As you can see in the image the combo box drops down as if there are items there. While it doesn't show the text of those items I can roll over and click. I set up a label to see the value of my selection. When I click, I see the expected value of my selection. I just don't see the text of the item in the combo box. Is that a bit clearer?

I am sorry I don't follow this sentence.

Definitely want to help. It is weird that, And maybe it was just for show, but why are there things behind it? like layered?
