Import canvas app into Solutions

Hello, 

 

I have several canvas apps built as non-solutions.  Is it possible to import these into the new solutions somehow or will I have to rebuild them?

    I'd really love to see this.  Have developed an app that was started before Solutions were available and seems to be NO WAY to import into a solution.  

     

    Pretty BIG limitation to say the least...
