Help on Edit forms please! Is it possible to get more than one field of data in one data card?

Hi PA Community,

Is it possible to get more than one field of data in one data card?

There are two fields that I need, field A and field B but I want all the options to come out of one edit card. 

The current code in items is:

Choices([@table].fieldA)

 

Can I get it to look at field B too?

    Hey! 

     

    If you create a collection that join those 2 fields, yes, you can.

    If not, no.

     

    Create the collection on App OnStart
