Sharing app with "All Users"

Hi, 
 
the option to share with "All users" is activated, but there is no differenciation between internal an external as in SharePoint. Does "All User" in Power Apps include Guest Users or not?
It would be great to get help with this.

    Hi Caddy1
    You will find that "All Users" is an Office365 Security Group, so you need to look at the membership of that Group to determine who you are sharing the app with. You may need to ask your System Admin for the details.
