I have created a bot in Teams to be used internally.

When I try to share the link or url of the BOT I get an alert saying "this app couldn't be found . Meanwhile, the bot still works if someone has installed it before.

I checked with the IT people in my organization and they said that nothing is disabled at the administrator level.

Does anyone know what happens in these cases or how to fix it?

Thanks

I assume you created the bot inside Copilot Studio for Teams app inside Teams.  If so, are the people you are giving the URL to members of that Team?  And are they using it inside Teams or somewhere else? Bots created inside Teams will only work inside Teams.

Yes, it is created and enabled only for Teams, I have logged in from the Copilot website for the trial periods but it is still only enabled for teams in the channels. when sharing the URL it opens the teams window and the error appears, it has never worked for me...

In terms of licensing it depends on which client was used to create the bot, not where its deployed. If the bot was created in the web designer for Copilot Studio then it will require a tenant license to deploy it even in Teams.

Have you tried sharing the bot with the users?
Go to Settings > Security > Sharing and check if the "Organization request" is set to "Users" or "None." If it's set to "None," the users you added for collaboration will have access to use the bot.
