Copy URL of files uploaded to sharepoint document

Hi,

I have flow which uploads the attached files to SharePoint documents. Now whenever file is uploaded to SharePoint documents, URL of that file should be copied and store in another SPList called(TrainingPrograms) column.

Can we implement this using flow or PowerApps?
