Hi All,
I'm thinking about using 'Model Driven Apps' for a client project, before I can decide, I need to know what the max row size is or any other limitations.
I'd be grateful for some guidance?

There is no limit on record numbers for model driven apps - the biggest issue is that the record count only goes to 5000 after that it states 5000+ records unless you use the query highlighted in https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Pro-Dev-ISV/CDS-OData-API-count-returns-incorrect-value/m-p/659083#M3203
The only record limit I'm aware of is in the common data service lite for Teams solution where the system is restricted to 1gb of data or roughly 1 million records.
