Using the Collect formula and then resetting fields

I've created a questionnaire. There are 7 questions and they all reside on a separate page (7 questions = 7 pages). Once the questionnaire has been submitted back to my sharepoint list, is there a formula to reset all of those fields if the user wants to submit another questionnaire?

If you are using a form on each of the screens then you could use the ResetForm() function after you submit the data to SharePoint.

    example: ResetForm('Question1');RestForm('Question2")

If you are using a form then you can reset each field using the Reset() function.

    Example: Reset('TextInputName');Reset('DropDownName')
