I want my bot to do this!

I have been searching for a way to enable my bot to present a form (or multiple fields) to our customers. I know it's possible because the pva bot for Power Platform support showed me this:

How do I do this?!?!

HI @CraigK1 ,

We already talked about it inside the Community but I think that it’s not available yet.

Basically Microsoft are working to make available Adaptive Cards inside the PVA, and you will be possible to create a form inside the chatbot.

This chatbot maybe has been developed using Bot Framework.
