How to show all the table names that are present in dataverse table into the dropdown control using canvas app. Is there any way to achieve this?
There is not a way to show your datasources...And that would be a bad idea because you should not change datasource in galleries and Forms.The only way that I see is you creating a collection with all your datasources and use that collection...

There is a standard table named 'Entity' (I Canvas app, you should search for 'Entities'),It stores the metadata (including table names) of all tables in Dataverse.
