AI Builder not listed under my options to add

I am trying to add the business card reader to a new app.  I know I had used this feature before but AI builder is no longer listed as an option.  Only Mixed Reality.

    Hi @GeminiWorks ,

If you are admin, you can also activate Dataverse for your environment through PPAC (Settings > Admin center). It may unblock you.

In parallel, we can also investigate your original issue: please send us your session details (Settings > Session details from the PowerApps portal)  by email at aihelpen@microsoft.com so that we can investigate.

    Thanks.

Thank you.  Here is what I get.  It will not allow me to answer the questions:

That is correct. If that AI Builder, Build page renders as follows, you need to create a Dataverse instance for the current environment.

If it renders with the expected AI Builder content, then we'll need to troubleshoot further.

Assuming this is what you are referring to.  I do have full admin rights so this is something I should be able to do.  It looks like I have to create a database.  Correct?

It's always been the case as we use Dataverse as our API gateway and system of record to surface AI in Power Apps & Power Automate. If you're on a default environment or have admin privileges, you should be able to one click trigger provisioning of the Dataverse database from the AI Builder Build page. Do let me know if that doesn't work.

Thank you.  I see that.  It doesn't have anything linked to it.  I wasn't aware of this being needed.  The AI option with BC reader used to just show up under the header within the app build.  I guess this must be new.

I'll look into what I need to do in order to use AI Builder.  Thank you very much for brining this to my attention!

Hello Gemini, Do you see AI Builder in the left navigation menu on https://make.powerapps.com? If so, does it correctly show the available models under the Build page? (I'm guessing one reason AI Builder might not show up is if the corresponding environment doesn't have a Dataverse database)
