    @jamescosten

Sometimes, this type of behaviour can be intermittent. If you wait for some time and try again, it may load. If you were to try again now, do you have any more success?

Still not working, Tried again today on both Edge and Chrome and its just stuck on loading. Is there a way to brute force loading apps? When i click a few options i get the message the app is locked by user. probably becuase im in the process of loading it

I'm experiencing the same issue myself, and I've tried clearing my browser cache, rebooting, trying different PCs, and even removed all Power Apps licenses from my M365 user ID, waited 48 hours, then re-assigned a license. The problem persists.

This "Loading ..." hula-hoop of death happens if I try to edit an existing app I made, and existing app someone else made, or if I try to create a brand new canvas app from scratch. No other users in our M365 tenant are experiencing this behavior. My account is a global admin. Profoundly frustrating.

FYI - I just opened a support ticket with Microsoft and I'll update this thread with any resolution or troubleshooting info they provide.

The ticket acknowledgement said "Expect response within: 4"
I don't know if that means 4 days or 4 hours... LOL.

Must have been 4 hours because I got a reply from a Microsoft v-dash asking for the following info:

To begin working on your support request could you please provide the below information:
    Information Required from you:
    1. Session ID and app ID.
    2. Please share the detailed repro steps with screenshots.
    3. Network traces and monitor traces.
    4. Screenshot of the error message.
    5. Was this working fine before? And Is this issue happening only with existed apps.
    6. When did this issue start happening?

If you have a similar issue, be prepared that you will be asked for this information. I ran a trace with Fiddler and sent it in along with the other requested info.

Update: Other owners of Power Apps in our M365 tenant cannot edit their existing canvas Power Apps - I'm no longer the only person in our organization having this problem. I've requested escalation of this issue through Microsoft and the current ticket status is "Open (troubleshooting)". Beyond the initial request for more information received yesterday from Microsoft, there has been no further contact.

Based on the multiple views received on this thread, I'll continue to provide updates for those interested.

Thanks @TimBarrett - it'll be interesting to hear what Microsoft support says about this.

We're coming up on the 48-hour mark since the only reply from Microsoft requesting initial information. It's not looking great. 😕

I have an update, but it's not from Microsoft (they still haven't responded to my questions or request to escalate this issue).

While cooling my heels waiting for the v-dash to respond I kept doing some troubleshooting to try and narrow down the issue.

    1. I created a free brand new Dev sandbox tenant on M365 (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/dev-program ).
    2. I logged into the tenant and created a brand new Power App from scratch - same exact behavior (Loading... with the spinning icon).

    What this told me is:

    1. It's not a licensing issue (because this is a totally different tenant and user account)
    2. It's not a Microsoft Power Apps Service issue (or other users would be reporting outages)
    3. It must be either my PC or something on my network

I went into the settings of my corporate laptop, disabled the VPN connection (NetMotion Mobility Client 12.50.20203), tried editing the new Power App on the new Dev tenant and boom, it worked.  Next I logged into my regular corporate M365 tenant and tried editing an existing Power App - that worked as well. So, as long as I am disconnected from the VPN everything on make.powerapps.com works fine for me. 😕

Leaving my corporate VPN disabled isn't a viable long term solution, obviously - I need access to resources on the LAN. But now I know, in my situation at least, that it's something with either my corporate VPN, firewall, or some network configuration. Hopefully Microsoft will respond to my open ticket at some point and be able to give a more accurate answer after reviewing the Fiddler network trace I sent them.

So, hopefully my troubleshooting and temporary workaround will help other folks in their troubleshooting efforts. I'll respond to this thread after Microsoft responds.
