Can users/employees that do not have co-pilot pro, access and use chatbots in SharePoint? Would all users that use the deployed chatbot have to have a co-pilot pro license?

    Hi @jjparker34 ,

Yes, if you want to use the copilot chatbot, you need to register a copilot account.

If you already have a Copilot account and want to build a chatbot in SharePoint, please see the article linked below:

So my IT team is deploying an internal co-pilot chatbot, which is $200 per month, but I was wondering if people outside the IT team must have the co-pilot pro license ($30) or will the m365 account allow them to use the deployed chatbot
