Dear,
Why do some apps on the "Business Apps Overview" show their respective PowerApps Environment name and others do not?
in the screenshot below we have the same app in multiple environments in the same tenant, but only one show the environment name:
This way, the user does not know on which environment this app will run...

It seems most of the canvas apps shows the environment name and not the model driven apps.
I would recommend users using maker portal instead of office 365 site https://make.powerapps.com/.
Maker portal does help where the app is currently running from. Users can switch between environments to access the other apps.
