Copilot Studio - Topic Creation & Management

Same question keeps repeating in a topic, regardless of the response to the asked question.

Hi, we ask a user a question before doing an action and that particular keeps asking the question again and again. This was working before and now it's not. Our organization is using copilot through teams for their work and it's going to cause lot of delays in adoption. The issue happens in Copilot studio, teams (at both places).

This is happening in more than one topics as well.
