What is your exact issue, there is no proper screenshot or attachment attached to the forum post.

It just mentioned not able to download the document, it's difficult to understand the problem statement and provide the solution.

Please elaborate the issue what exactly which you are facing with proper explanation and relevant screenshots so that community team can help.
