Building an simple reservation app, with sharepoint, help im new to powerapps

So i'm trying to make a simple application that uses a SharePoint list, in which there is the person's name, the vehicles they can use, the date and time of the reservation, but I'm having some errors, because for example I can't having a dropdown list in the vehicles part, I don't know why,help?

A word file is atteched to understand better the situation.

I'll give you an example, a person reserves vehicle 1 for 9 o'clock, I want this entry to appear on my sharepoint list, to have everything organized, and at most another person, can reserve that same vehicle, with a pop message appearing. so that both parties know that they can use the same vehicle at the same time, this is the purpose of the app, taking into account that there are only 4 vehicles. they do the reservations on a tablet, so everyone uses the same device do to the reservations, so its easir if they can see the existing reservations in the first screen.
If you want i can do a draw tha smibolizes how i want the screens to be.
