i have form created through sharepoint.

one datacard which is choice column contains A & B.

1. when user select choice from dropdown as A ,then he click on Submit(Form) button - record should upload in Sp.

1. when user select choice from dropdown as B ,then he click on Submit(Form) button - record  should go to reporting manager through outlook email for Approval, once he approve it ,it should upload in SP.

How to create this any idea?

You could do it a couple of ways:

    1. Use Variables to control what the user has chosen. Put an If Function in the submit button. Based on that Variable the different Action is taken. Or
    2. Create 2 different Submit buttons (on top of each other) and only make the visible the button based on what the user chooses.

Correct. Flows will manage approvals. Here is video explaining if you are not sure how Power Automate Pane in Power Apps | Call flow from Power Apps | New Feature - YouTube
