Premium Licence when there is no premium activity

hi,
 
I devlped an app with standart things but licence is saying premium. How can I fix that?

    Hi 
     
    What type of application did you develop? Canvas or Model Driven.

    If it is a Model Driven App, it is already premium because it has the Dataverse database.
     
    If it is canvas, and you have used any premium component within the canvas, it will be premium, or any premium connector will be premium, you should check what you have added. Likewise, if you use a canvas app and use dataverse, it will be premium.
