I want to share my flow with everyone in a SharePoint online list.  I believe the flow has to be under the Flows tab 'Shared with me'.  I have set my cloud flow run only permissions SharePoint and added the list as below.

No one can see the flow in SharePoint!  How do I make the flow appear under Shared with me?

    Hi @steve_hendy

there is a great community for power automate here, https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Power-Automate/ct-p/MPACommunity which will better be suited to help you.

When you wish to share a flow you will to go the eclipses and share it with those you choose:

    1. On My flows in flow.microsoft.com select the flow you wish to share

    1. Once you there share as you wish 😉

Once shared they will see the flow under the shared with me tab.

Remember when you share flows they can edit the flow but you will be notified when someone does.

Why would you need everyone to have this access i wonder?

    Regards,

I cannot do this as I have 100's of users and there is not a 365 group with all of them in.  Surely sharing with SharePoint list should make it work?  I have another flow that is shared that way.

The flow is an approval flow that can be started from a SharePoint list and everyone needs access to it.

Ok got it.  i have just tested on my side and the shared with me also doesnt show to users who are owners of the list.

sorry i missed that part in the beginning when i read the post. i will also dig into it with my team because we use this function a lot.

It should do! I have another Flow that shows up just fine and all the permissions are set the same in SharePoint and Flow.

You have to make a second person an owner it then gets moved to 'Shared with me'.  You can then delete the second owner if you like.
