Error Action - 'When_a_new_email_arrives_in_a_shared_mailbox_(V2)' failed

Hello Everyone,
 
I don't know if this is the right forum as this is my first time to post here in the community anyway I'm trying to make a new email notification when an email arrived from our shared mailbox. I want to be notified whenever we received an email from our shared mailbox (email then converted to ticket) so that I don't need to check our Service Manager Console every single time. This is the error that I encountered, is it possible of blocking or admin permission from our Azure Active Directory admin rights?
Your reply/assistance would really help me , thank you.  :)

    You didn't provide any details related to the error. You can read them, what is your answer to them?
     
    We wouldn't know anything about your Architecture and dont feel like pulling those details out... so provide more details please.
