In copilot studio I have our website has setup as a source. Originally the copilot bot was able to pull information from here but as of yesterday this quit working without any changes to the bot.

Here has what has been tried

Permissions and Access: Make sure that the Copilot bot still has the necessary permissions to access and pull information from the website. Any changes in website security settings or permissions might affect this.
Response

There are no errors showing in Copilot

Recent Updates: Check if there have been any recent updates to Copilot Studio or the bot itself. Sometimes, updates can introduce changes that might affect functionality.

Response
I am the only one working/configuring this bot. There have been no changes.

Logs and Error Messages: Look at any logs or error messages in Copilot Studio. These can provide clues about what might be going wrong.

Response
There are no errors showing in Copilot. I do not see a way to access any logs.

Check the Source Configuration: Ensure that the website (www.secfed.bank) is still correctly configured as a source in Copilot Studio. Sometimes, settings might get reset or altered unintentionally.
Response
This is still showing as valid. Nothing has changed.

    Try below:
    1) Ask simple and straightforward questions and check for responses
    2) Add another website and ask questions based on the new website
    3) check if website is secured

In Copilot Studio, try removing the website as a source and then adding it again. This can reset any session or authorization issues that may have expired.

Also wanted to check what license are you using currently.

Licenses come with usage limits that cap the number of external data requests or queries Copilot can make within a specific timeframe. If these limits are reached, access to sources like websites could be temporarily restricted until the quota resets. This might explain a sudden halt in functionality without configuration changes on your end.

In Copilot Studio or the Microsoft 365 admin center, check the quotas or usage statistics related to data sources.

If everything is fine, then raise a Support ticket reaching out to Microsoft’s support team may provide insights.

    Thanks.
