SystemError in Power Virtual Agents: Error Code and Provided Context

Atentamente,

Diego Martínez.

    Hi,

I believe this is the same error we are getting when we try to build the bot in Finnish. When we insert a question node with set options, the choice should be stored in a variable. This produces the mentioned error when testing the bot. When the bot is created in English this works as intended, but using English is not an option for our customer.

Hi @IiroT I tried creating a Finnish bot but can't repro your issue.
Do you have detailed repro steps?

I saw a similar question here.

I created a test bot for demo, pics attached. When using a multiple choice node, it produces a system error when the user clicks the desired option.

    Saludos,

    Hi,

Please try to test the bot again. The issue should be solved now.

    Thanks,

    Roman

I think I'm having a similar issue, none of my topics show errors but I am unable to interact with the bot. Are there any built-in tools for debugging? Been getting this fairly vague error message for over a week.

    3. Click on “Settings” and then click on “Advanced settings”

    1. Click on “Advanced Find” on top right of the screen

    1. Select “Chatbots” in “Look for” field
    2. Click on “Results”

    1. Click on the bot you want to fix
    2. In the “SynchronizationStatus” field, add “currentSynchronizationState” field in the object

    {" contentVersion":2,"currentSynchronizationState":{"provisioningStatus":"Provisioned"}, other props}

    1. Save by pressing Ctrl + S

FYI, We are working to fix this issue. If you do nothing, you will also get your bot working in the coming days.
