Support in disabling the Connection manager in Agent developed with Copilot Studio?

We have developed an Agent using Copilot studio, we installed the Agent in MS Teams. The Agent is asking to integrate connection manager to setup connections to SharePoint, Power Automate and Excel connection every time the User installs and connected with Agent in Teams.

Is there any solution to automate the backend connections and make User experience comfortable without such prompts from the Agent?

i don't know if you mean literally every time they "start" it, but as for every time they install it, no, not really, because they have to authorize the creation of connections on their behalf, but they should not have to do it all the time.

They should do it

1) first time they install

2) anytime a token refresh is bad (which can happen to anyone/all of us)

It can also depend on what style of RunAs user / authorization etc you are using. But in general, no there is no way to block a required prompt to agree to the connection, its again, intended to protect them, imagine someone else being able to setup connections in your name without your permission.

Hi,

An agent deployed on Microsoft teams use authentication method to authenticate the login user for security reasons.

Can you also check the connection reference used on powerautomate and other places. It should be deployed used service account and not the individual user account.
