Dataverse Integration / Duplication / Alternate Key incl. Status (Active/Passive)

Hi lovely community,

 

is there any chance to use standard status column for Integration / Duplication / Alternate Key per table? 

Or could we enable / disable kind of impact of status column for the key?

 

I would like to integrate Records based on Key incl. status column.

So if there will be an inactive Record, I can integrate a new active one..

 

--> I wouldn't like to create a new status column, cause I have already some other processes based in this column.

 

Hopefully there is an option..

    Hello, @P3Sven, to get some more clarification. What do you meant by integrate? For example, when a record status is in-active, what should happen?

    Hi @AhmedSalih ,

     

    I'm using Dataflows / Cloud Flows to create and update Records.

    E.g. I wanna keep for data history reason Dealer / Salesman targets. So I'm using Status Column to set it Inactive. 

    Old record = orange one

    New record = green one

     

    DealerSalesmanTargetStatus
    D1S11Active
    D2S22Inactive
    D2S24

    Active

     

    Current key = Dealer + Salesman

    I would like to have = Dealer + Salesman + Status -> Currently not possible to select in Power Apps.

    So is there maybe an option to use my current key with Status affect?
