Copilot Connector Action | System Error

Hi,
 
  1.  I am customizing Sales Copilot Power Virtual Agents Bot using copilot studio, where in i have created a custom connector action.
  2.  After importing Swagger for my API i wanted to test it, while testing using test agent, i am getting below error.

    Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 8351a9f1-18bf-4d26-bce5-04ac98de223a. Time (UTC): 12/18/2024 2:55:24 PM.
  3. Is there any way i get more information on what went wrong here ?

    Are you using Custom connector using flow (or) API? i believe it is through API . In that case, kindly verify if the Authentication is proper.
     
    Since this Agent is Managed, we will not be able to connect to any Application Insights to get more data.
     
    Kindly try to test the API outside copilot studio and make sure it works as expected.
