How to add and adapt an inventary with power apps

Dear experts

I want to build a simple inventary (warehouse) where different products with prize and quantity are stored. The quantity of the products  are variable because of new removings from stocks or because of new stock ups of certain articles.

I want to do the inventary with an online excel file and a simple template from data verse. Creating new articles is easy and works fine with power apps, that is not the problem. But I have no idea how to handle the increase or decrease of quantity of articles. Is it important to plan this early  in the excel file or could it be solved direct in the power app?
It would be very helpful if you would know an article with this issue or if you could post a link from a youtube video or every other kind of help.

Thanks a lot

Mario

Hello, @wueschn, If you have created your Warehouse Excel File, and it includes the Prize and Quantity columns. You can update the data in PowerApps. You can use EditForm Control.

Here is a great tutorial to help you do that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zL1H-d2xx80&ab_channel=PragmaticWorks.

    Regards,

    Ahmed
