Open Power Automate and locate the flow. Verify that: All actions and connectors used in the flow are properly authenticated. The flow runs successfully when triggered manually.
Open the flow in Power Automate. For each action, check the associated connection: If a connection is missing or expired, reauthenticate it. Save the flow after confirming all connections are active.
Open your Copilot Studio agent. Navigate to Actions > Automate Flows > Configure Connections. Verify that the required connections for the flow are listed. If not, add the connections manually. Save and republish the agent.
