PCF Control with Fluet UI Input issues with typing

Hello,

I have created a simple PCF control using the Fluent UI 9 Input control. I am having issues when typing. I have to type really slow for the control to update properly with the typed text. If I type too fast, it will miss letters. I've also tried adding a debounce but then it doesn't update at all. This happens whether I have the component published to my environment or if I am running with npm start watch and viewing it in the component test environment.

In my attached code, I have tried removing all the useEffect and hooks to try and eliminate those as a culprit. When they are not part of the code, I still have the same issue.

Before I write up anything I'd like to see if you resolved this. I do not currently have a sequestered environment to install your code, so before I review it manually just need to verify you are stuck still

I was able to resolve this issue by using a state variable instead of the props variable when assigning the value to the Input control.
