SharePoint People picker bug - Selected Sharepoint group cannot be saved

Hi,

I am using Powerapps canvas app with default Editform created from powerapps template which is connected to sharepoint online list. Sharepoint list contains people picker field (person and group enabled). This people picker allows me search and select Sharepoint group in combobox, but selected value cannot be saved during form submit because of following error:

"There was a problem saving your changes. The data source may be invalid."

Submitting of Editform is working only when Azure AD group or SP User is selected in combo box, but NOT with group created directly in Sharepoint.

Problem occures in several tenants.

Is it a bug or do i need change some configuration in Sharepoint/PowerApps?

    Hi @cuchy,

By "group created directly in Sharepoint", did you mean the group that you created under site permissions here?

Please edit the column setting and make sure that below highlighted options are selected:

    Hi @v-monli-msft,

yes, i have created group in sharepoint under site permissions. I see group in site groups and also i am able to choose this group in PowerApps People Picker but not submit to sharepoint.

Sharepoint field is set as you mentioned:
