It happens to you that the image you choose for the bot's profile looks blurry? I am using a 256x256 image that weighs 35kb, it happens to me with all the images that I use.
The optimum picture size for an PVA bot icon is 30KB. If you upload one that is bigger than that it will compress it and that is where the blurry image comes in.
Is there any measurement in pixels that is the most appropriate? I tried 256x256 and it still appears blurry despite weighing less than 30kb
I suspect they are using the same dimensions as Power Apps. For Power Apps the recommended size is 245 X 245.
I tried so many different measures and shapes and still couldn't find a solution. Can you add your icons as requested by virtual agents without blurring?

This is what it looks like when I use it in PVA as the icon for the bot.
@Pstork1 after many tests I found the appropriate sizes and formats A transparent "outline" icon "taskbar"(32 x 32 pixels) and a full "color" icon (192 x 192 pixels) message card
@IgnacioV, is there any way to customize those icons differently? I mean, upload one image for the "Outline icon", and another one for the "full color icon"?
yes, but you have to do it externally, not from virtual agents
