Sharing with Colleagues Save Button not working

I am using DataVerse for Teams to share apps with colleagues without exposing the underlying dataset. This approach has been working for months. Starting yesterday, I could no longer share or unshare any of my apps to any group. I tried sharing a blank app, sharing to groups that I have previously shared with, sharing apps that I have previously shared, unsharing an app that is currently shared. Every time I click Save, the Save button greys out. If I click away the actions are not saved. If I wait long enough I get the following error:

Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you in advance

There may have been a change in environment policies that is preventing you from doing this. Have you asked your admins whether policies changed recently?

I am a Power Platform Admin. I also reached out to our IT department and they were not aware of any changes to policies.

hmmm.... That is very strange. Have you tried sharing from the Make.powerapps Apps area instead of from the app itself? When you share from here, it is much clearer what permissions are being assigned. Possible something weird is happening with your roles and it would be easier to see here?

I do not see that option. I am using PowerApps inside Teams (for licensing reasons).
