Hey,
So we have a very involved PowerApp Canvas application. We went from a PowerPoint application into PowerApps that pulls data from SharePoint from a variety of locations. Previously looking the printing from canvas app was set to be released in July 2020 and now it's TBD. Does anyone know the plan? Asking since we just did this big push to line up with the release of printing from a canvas app and now we are in a little bit of a bind. We have a total (still growing) of 50 screens within this application. So screenshots are a bit much to keep moving forward.
Thanks in advance! Cheers!
Hi @LostInTheSauce ,
The NEW feature of enabling printable pages in canvas apps is a part of Power Platform release plan for the 2020 release wave 1, with deployments from April 2020 to September 2020.
Though the time to public preview hasn't been announced reference from here , but I believe it will be published before the dead line ( September 2020) of 2020 release wave 1.
Thank you for your patience.

Thank you so much! Whew!
Hi Again,
So there has been no update the link provided to see if they're going to open up the print for canvas apps. Any insight if it's still September? I know there are a few days left (and a little hope left). If it's not September, is there a new date proposed?
@LostInTheSauceI have unmarked this solution because the printing feature has not yet been released in March 2021.
@mdevaney thank you so much. Any idea when this would be available?
@LostInTheSauce It looks like printing capabilities will be demoed at this event but it doesn't say anything about when they will be released. I don't trust the release notes when they say it'll be available 1st half of 2021 because its already been pushed back twice.

@LostInTheSauce
Try putting the command Print() in the OnSelect property of a button. There is some basic printing functionality now.
Thanks mdevaney. I just tried that and it didn't work. 😐
@LostInTheSauce I wrote an article for you showing how to do it. Follow the link below.Article: Print A Form In Power Appshttps://matthewdevaney.com/print-a-form-in-power-apps/
