I inherited a Co-pilot chatbot with a large list of user created topics. I have unsuccessfully found a way to export these topics in some sort of readable format, so I don't have to create an external document that outlines the topics and their potential answers. I am not interested in exporting the entire bot, I am only interested in exporting the topics (question/answer branches). Has anyone successfully figured this out?

pls try the following:

Export the Bot as a Solution: Navigate to Copilot Studio. Create a new solution or use an existing one. Add your bot to the solution: Select Add existing > Agent > Choose your bot. Export the solution: Go to Solutions, select your solution, and click Export. Follow the prompts to export the solution as a .zip file.

Extract Topics from the Solution: Unzip the exported solution file. Locate the folder containing the bot's components. Find the files related to topics, typically in XML or JSON format. Use a text editor or XML/JSON viewer to open these files. Extract the relevant information about each topic, including trigger phrases and responses.

Convert Extracted Data into a Readable Format: Organize the extracted data into a structured format like a Word document or Excel spreadsheet. Create sections for each topic, listing their trigger phrases and corresponding responses. This document will serve as a comprehensive outline of your bot's topics and dialogues.
